A Jamaican delicacy in my kitchen

I cooked this all by myself.  It’s my first time cooking my favorite meal and I’m grateful to my aunt for coaching me through it.  It’s ackee and sal’ fish.  The orange things are yams. usually it’s made with green banana or dumplin, but I had to do with yams.  I would’ve made plantain but that’s too hard for now.  I remember my grandma cooking it and I couldn’t possible replace that. Not yet anyway.
